Monica Mondy,has over 25 years of progressive healthcare finance experience. She has worked in the LTC Reimbursement field at multiple corporate levels, such as Regional Accounting Manager, and Healthcare Financial Consultant as well as being an integral part of a Corporate Integrity Audit team. 

Monica has been able to utilize her expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, Medi-Cal, and Managed Care Reimbursement, along with her knowledge of Federal and State regulatory guidelines to improve the financial outcomes for multi-state chain, private, and not-for-profit health care providers. Her recent experience included improving the financial efficiency of the business office operations at skilled nursing facilities by providing training courses in Medicare Billing, Collection Strategies and Admission Best Practices. 

Monica also has very strong computer skills and “hands on” experience with the Medicare, Medicaid, and Medi-cal billing systems, as well as various accounting software packages allowing her to consult in the areas of financial operations and clinical reimbursement all across the country.
